Refund Policy
We at One Digital Web always put our best efforts into satisfying our clients with our service offerings. However, sometimes you may not be 100% satisfied, and in that case, we will revise or improve our work products as you require.
We are always committed to providing the best service possible. But sometimes, it may not go in our way, and we understand that our clients would want their money back. Hence, we offer a refund policy to rectify any potential issues and continue to offer the best service to our clients.
Order Cancelation & Refund Policy
If you do not want to continue working with us even after ordering and paying for the service, you can cancel your order. But you must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. We will issue a refund against your order within 96 hours of placing the cancellation request through the same payment method you previously used while ordering.
Here are a few more things to remember:
- Your cancellation request will not be valid if you place the request after 12 hours of the order.
- The same rules or policy applies to canceling an ongoing project. We do not offer postponements on ordered services or service switching (exchanging your current order for another service) while we have already begun working on a project.
- In a nutshell, you must place an order cancellation or service switch request within 12 hours of your order.
Order Revision Policy:
After we deliver a project to you and you think it does not meet the requirements that you described or we fail to meet the deadline, you can ask for a revision or refund.
Suppose a service or deliverable becomes obsolete for technical reasons (such as a Google update). In that case, we will hold the project and offer you other equivalent services that you may like.
In either case, we will take the necessary actions to revise your order to satisfy your project and deliver it within a reasonable amount of time, depending on the level of work required.
We will also be happy to postpone or keep the revised or other equivalent service projects on hold until you wish for them to be completed.
